IFLA PANEL TO PROVIDE SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION

Members of the proven IFLA panel of volunteer translators have been invited to provide the necessary simultaneous translation of the plenary sessions into French and Spanish. Members of the IFLA panel are drawn from within the library and information profession, and they can therefore bring to their work a knowledge of the issues being addressed by the speakers and the specialist terminology they are using.

We are delighted to be able to draw upon such an effective interpretation service, and the presence of the IFLA team is sure to make it easier for our French- and Spanish-speaking colleagues to get the full benefit from the plenary sessions.
