The online convergence of museums and libraries, the growing development of digital scientific and business networks, along with the development of internet art and internet social expression, leads to envisage a common “semantic coordinate system”, or Meta language for information economy . This Meta language should be designed to support the world wide needs of coordinated long-life learning and the international collaborative efforts towards human development, including health. Confronted with the transcultural challenge of the cyberspace, this Meta language must also meet the constraints of a P2P metaphysics:

1) As a speaker of the Meta language, each (virtual) community is at the center of an original and valid universe of meaning: its context or ontological standpoint.

2) Each Meta language community recognizes that the other Meta language communities are at the center of an original and valid universe of meaning.

3) Except the sustainability in a context of global interdependance, there is no limit a priori to the development of new meanings, new communities, and new ontological standpoints.

4) Speaking the same Meta language, communities share the coordinate system of an infinite semantic space where signification phenomena are measured, computed, analyzed, synthesized, simulated and shared from every possible ontological standpoint.
