The workshop--conducted interactively in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese--will start with an overview of what HINARI offers, how to get the best from the content, and how to use it to produce information services. This will be followed by a discussion with HINARI users (and potential users) about their experiences with HINARI: what works, what needs improving, and what HINARI can do to serve our users better.
