This work is a research about the information management in Parana State’s hospitals. The objective is evaluated the present situation and the trends of implementation of the information systems in the hospitals. This is a study with qualitative-quantitative nature, that analyses information collected from citizens; hospital’s directors and managers of Centers and Informatics Data Processing Department of hospitals. The data’s collection was carried out by a distinct questionnaire sent by e-mail for each analyzed category. The gotten results detach the general profile of information’s systems of the Parana State hospitals. The conclusion resulted in a diagnosis of the current scene of the systems of information of the hospitals.
