It treats the ergonomic evaluation of periodic scientific electronic interfaces and specifically the interfaces of the Journal Ciência da Informação in the IBICT and the SciELO Portals. For the evaluation it was used of checklist Ergolist, and the itens had been evaluated by the researcher how much conformity and not conformity to the ergonomic criteria previously defined. The final results indicate that the interface of the SciELO presents greater conformity to the adopted ergonomic criteria in the research.
