In the globalized world Information is an essential input for decision making. New ways of managing information and its technologies are necessary in order to face the challenges of such context. But there are very few initiatives  towards training in this area, na specific field of intervention in Constant change, of phenomenons and diversified processes. In Brazil, there have been joint efforts concerning policies to Science, Technology and Information on Health, so as to get over the dichotomy between relevant information about the determinants and conditionals factors relating to the levels of individual and collective health, and that one for decision making regarding attention and management of health services and systems. The implementation of this agenda has to face deficiencies in the existing workforce in health services, being necessary to train specialists in Information on Science and Technology on Health, of university and technical levels. The goal is to present an experience of permanent training in cooperation network, which intends to surpass the fragmentation in the field of Information and Informatics on Health, mediated by communication processes to build scientific culture collectively shared and participation processes of management and social control. Beyond training, in simultaneous classes, this initiative has generated na integration between institutions due to the challenge of producing, circulating and absorbing knowledge in the daily services. In this experience technologies are invented and reinvented, creating diferent ways of teaching and learning. The integration of institutional territories of research and health care  produces a movement similar to the technological domain of informatics Codes are opened, and the integrality dimension is recovered. This dimension contemplates two complementary networks: the intra-institutional, giving way to the complementarity of competence, knowledge and practices which were circunscribed to the disciplinary perspective; and the inter- institutional, which pts the academic space closer to the practice of the service, thus creating a hybrid and multidisciplinary knowledge, necessary to reach the goals of the Unified Health System. The investment in the technical level promotes its integration to the proposals of transformation in the work with Information, stimulating cooperation. The simultaneity of the courses leads to the recognition that everybody participates in a network of responsabilities  and that the solidarity action helps to improve working  conditions, making it more effective.
